ANNOUNCEMENT
Mc Murray Aldum is proud to announce the appointment of two new associates namely Collin van Wyk and Brent Steyn.
- Brent has been with the company for 5 years and has shown an incredible astute ability in accounting and business management.
- Collin is our technical associate and has a complete knowledge and understanding of audit procedures and IFRS. Collin who has completed the final level of studies and has been with the company for 4 years. His knowledge of IFRS and its applications offers the firm a new dimension in audit knowledge and consulting.
20 YEARS
Mc Murray Aldum is now 20 years old and we are proud to have served our clients for 20 years and we shall service our clients for 20 more. We shall be hosting an official formal function in February 2011 and all AGN members shall be invited.
EXPANSION
Mc Murray Aldum will be opening a new office in Sandton South Africa in January and will be expanding into other areas in the region.
MEMBER FIRMS MEET IN ZEERUST
Mc Murray Aldum Inc. from South Africa and Dobson & Co. entered into a new phase of working together with the first ever staff interaction.
A lunch was booked in Zeerust South Africa and the audit staff of Mc Murray Aldum travelled by bus to Zeerust and Dobson & co. travelled down from Gaborone, Botswana. The lunch was informal and was meant as a get to know each other and understand the different firms. It had been planned by the two management teams and was a great success.
The meeting successfully established the grounds for a long term co-operation and partnership in larger tender work. A follow up with a detailed discussion of areas of cooperation will be scheduled and we are reviewing the opportunity of jointly opening an office in Ghana.
