A revamped regional website has now been constructed and is available to view.

A proposal was put to the International Board at their last meeting in Kuala Lumpur that the smaller regional websites be upgraded to reflect current information and that they replace the static pages, detailing regional information, on the international website. 

The reconstruction of your regional website has been largely undertaken by Mireia Rovira, AGN International’s new Corporate Communications Co-ordinator – she is responsible for maintaining the very detailed and informative European regional website and works out of an office in Barcelona, Spain. 

In preparing the region’s new website, full consideration was given to the requests and comments of member firms in reviewing the old website.  Major changes now comprise of the following:

1. a new look comprising a revised header;
2. the map of the region carrying both the country location and names of all member firms, including prospective members;
3. a revision to the services provided adding accounting and taxation services;
4. where member firms have their own website, this is directly linked to the name of the firm in the member listing;
5. more simplified and logical structure and interlinking between pages within the website ;
6. current information in respect of the Board of Directors and Committee members;
7. better links to member firm publications including past newsletter;
8. photographs of member firm personnel and offices.

What has not yet been set up is a private members area on the website.  The need for and contents of this can be discussed at the upcoming Regional meeting.
